Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Spy Camera Detector ("the app"). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Spy Camera Detector, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the app.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.

You agree to:

• Use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not use the app for illegal surveillance or to invade others' privacy
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Not remove or alter any proprietary notices from the app
• Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws

5. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use the app to:

• Engage in any unlawful or invasive activities
• Harass, stalk, or threaten any person
• Violate anyone's privacy or trespass on private property
• Interfere with security systems or access control mechanisms
• Claim false detection results for malicious purposes

6. Subscription Terms

6.1 Premium Subscription

Premium features are available through auto-renewing subscriptions:

• Monthly Subscription: Billed monthly at the rate displayed in the app
• Yearly Subscription: Billed annually at the rate displayed in the app

6.2 Billing and Renewal

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings

6.3 Free Trial

If offered, free trials:

• Are available only once per user
• Automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled
• Must be canceled at least 24 hours before the trial period ends to avoid charges

6.4 Refunds

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests must be made directly to Apple according to their refund policy. We do not have access to or control over Apple's refund process.

7. Advertisements

Free users may see advertisements powered by Google AdMob. Premium subscribers enjoy an ad-free experience. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of detection results
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Detection of all hidden cameras or surveillance devices

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of privacy, data, profits, or goodwill
• Damages resulting from failure to detect hidden cameras
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the app
• Reliance on detection results provided by the app

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the past 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the app developer, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the app
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity

11. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the app, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of the developer and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

12. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time
• Update these Terms at any time without prior notice
• Change subscription pricing with notice to existing subscribers

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

13. Device Requirements

The app requires:

• iOS 15.0 or later
• Compatible iPhone or iPad
• Camera, Bluetooth, and location permissions for full functionality

Performance may vary based on device capabilities.

14. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle information.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Turkish law, except where prohibited by law.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the app.

19. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

20. Waiver

No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
